Projected (Top-Hung / Sunshade) Windows

Projected windows are hinged at the top of the frame, allowing the sash to open outward from the bottom. Operation is smooth and effortless, achieved either through a simple crank handle or the Easy-Slide operator system.

Designed to maximise natural ventilation and daylight, projected (sunshade) windows are ideal for spaces requiring continuous airflow. The top-hinged configuration allows the window to remain open during rainfall, as the projecting sash naturally deflects water from entering the interior.

These windows also deliver excellent energy efficiency. External wind pressure helps create a tighter seal when closed, enhancing thermal performance and overall comfort.

Highly versatile in application, projected windows are suitable for a wide range of architectural styles and interior spaces. They can be installed at higher levels to maintain privacy or positioned lower for ease of operation, offering flexibility in both design and functionality.
